Please ensure that when using Paxi and Pudo as your preferred method of delivery, make sure that the STORE NUMBER (PEP) is correct or that the LOCATION (PUDO) of the locker is correct as well.
We will be happy to assist you with eligible returns, the return instructions, and the shipping address. If you need a return or exchange, send us an EMAIL so we can discuss a replacement.
